Session timeouts for a signer

I don't see a setting anywhere that we can change. Can it be changed by support?

The default session expiry is 30 minutes, you can extend it by contacting support. For New Signer Experience since 11.36, a warning will be displayed certain minutes before the expiry, where there's an option refreshes the session - extends it for another 30 minutes. (11.36 Release Note, "Session expiry warning")
