Hi Karen,

 

If you can't upload the document via UI directly, it typically means there's something wrong with the document itself - either password-protected, have syntax error, contains active forms or features that OSS doesn't support, etc. Could you kindly send the document in problem to our support team ([email protected]) and have our support agents take a closer look at the document?
