How can we resolve this SignatureProcessCreationException error

I'm getting below error {"Error occured while getting response from handoff - Failed to run command. Error: \"<-30120> Cannot find a process with the GUID \"0c2de6e7-e162-4354-9ff7-b171ac6006c6\".\".]]>"} We are getting 200 when hitting this url https://stage.esig.opendlrex.com:443/SPSTransaction/ProcessHandoff, but in response content getting error Could you please help me with resolving this issue.

Hi there, Can you give a bit more insight into your workflow? From the error above, it seems that the package "0c2de6e7-e162-4354-9ff7-b171ac6006c6" was not found. Is this on esign 1.0 or 2.0?
