Hi guys,

Literally, How the Sender cancels a pending e-signature package?

https://community.onespan.com/documentation/onespan-identity-verification/guides/web-service-guide/developer/cancel-transaction

I'm trying to refer to the guide above, but I don't know how to apply it to the screen. Also, can send a notification email to the receiver that the transaction has been canceled when it is canceled?

Some of our clients are asking to include arbitrary documents to the package that are not intended to be signed but are just for review. While I know this is possible, I am concerned that our http posts may get so large we bump into http timeouts. Do you have any advice on the maximum realistic package size for upload?

Thanks

I am trying to support the following use case:

1.  Form is sent to a recipient to be completed and signed.

2.  Completed forms is returned to the sender for verification.

3.  Verified forms are sent to a group email address that is monitored by our document retention group.

Looking for a solution for step 3.  Is there a way to process an additional step in a workflow after the transaction is completed?  I could insert a step 2A. for the sender to sign again once the form is verified, but this is not optimal.

Hello,

I need help with an error message relatef to hornetq that we detected  in one of our prod environments. The related package has 5 documents, 4 documents were successfully signed and the last one signing confirmation failed and produced this error.

I appreciate any information to understand the problem.

There are not similar error message in previous or next days.

Thanks,
