If a client makes a mistake on a form and needs to fix a custom field. How do you resend them to allow them to edit and re-sign?  We have clicked edit when it comes back for review and hit resend for signature but the client does not get the email, we even tried resending the invitation and when they get that email it does not allow them to make any corrections. It tells them they have completed their transaction and they can't make any changes. Do we need to send the form again from scratch?

Hello,

Users are complaining that they all receive an email when signing is completed.

My workflow is configured like the table below.  We only want the customer (step 1)  and the last person (Step 5) to receive any email complete transactions.  How can this be done ?

    Order

1. Customer signs     1

2. CC sent to internal user A    2

3. Internal User B signs    3

4. President signs    4

CONTEXT

We know that version 11.42 will be out in SandBox on June 9, 2021 and in PROD on July 8, 2021.

QUESTION

In our internal process, we need to know what would happen if this update (or any future OneSpan updates) generate issues on our side. Hence: is there a possibility to have a fallback to the previous version? And how long do we have before that the new version gets permanent?

Did something with the last release change regarding the signed pdfs?  We have an application that uses itext to merge all our signed pdfs together into one pdf and we flatten them as we do the merging.  Ever since the last release, flattening them removes all of the signatures.  If I turn off flattening, the final merged pdf has the signatures.  We are requesting flattened pdfs already when retrieving them, but in the past flattening them again in our app didn't affect anything.
