We want to integrate Pega 8.3. with One Span E signature. Actually, we tried to configured in SandBox with POC proposal.

Hi,

I saved the handwritten signature in the account under "Identity" tab, and in the document, I put a signature with "capture signature' type, but when i signing and click the signature box, the saved signature not applied instead of asking me to provide the signature again. 

what will be the issue? any backoffice setting i need to apply?

Hi,

I'm finding the language settings to be quite confusing and don't see a thorough guide explaining it. Here are some questions I have. If there is a guide, please point me in the right direction, else I'll need some help to understand the following.

1. The package level object has a language parameter. Which areas does this affect?

2. The signer level object has a language parameter. which areas does this affect?

3. The signer level object also has a "withLocalLanguage" attribute, which areas does this affect?

The default behavior is to use the same signature across the entire signing session. One of our clients demands the user provide a signature for each document. We plan to use mouse-signing. Is it possible to force this behavior thru the API? Would we be able to configure this behavior at the package-level so only this client's packages would behave this way?

Can someone confirm to me what the state a completed transaction inherits once its retention date expires? apparently they are deleted after retention period expires rather than archive?

trying to confirm some data retention setting and its affect on being able to retrieve documents.

if we set the data retention at 0 days for completed transactions does that mean that the signer can retrieve their documents weeks or months later? Conversely if we set that parameter for x days does that mean the signer would no longer have access to that document/transaction after x days? 

Does OneSpan have what I'll call a super ID that can make changes on any account on behalf of the owners?

I found the 'search' function is in different place when user login the account. I assume this's account setting different, if so, could you please let me know what setting is impacting the behavior?
