We are facing an issue with third party cookies in Safari and in other browsers where the users have the third party cookies disabled. Currently, we have the URL"https://sandbox.esignlive.com/access?sessionToken={sessionToken}" in an iFrame to where it displays "Warning, To ensure the proper functionality of the system, cookies must be enabled in your browser."

Few Senders reported that when they set up the Fields such as Signature / Signer Initials they got misplaced from their side however from signer side - the document was fine and can be completed the signing without any issue.

Please kindly advise on this issue.

We had a question come up regarding ability to export individual pages from a completed signature document. This is possible in Acrobat from a downloaded completed docusign file. However when trying to access the same functionality in acrobat when viewing a downloaded completed OneSpan file, acrobat shows an error "You cannot change security on this document because the document is signed or certified." - and all associated tools are greyed out. Why is this the case and is their a way around it?

One of our clients tells us they want us to capture the IP of the signer. While we could make our best attempt to do this through our application, I can concerned about remote signing since this is not under our control. Does OneSpan capture the IP of the signer and is it possible for us to access? Not sure if the requirement makes sense, but this is what we are hearing. Thanks.

Is there a way using the .NET SDK, to discard a draft version of the transaction and go back to its previous in-progress version?

We have users that have changed their name which results in a change to their email address that impacts their account with OneSpan.  What has been the best practice there, as we have single sign-on, once the user have changed their name, it will take time again to go back and it is just a mess, with the potential of transactions pending in the old account.

Does OneSpan not have the ability to update and combine accounts? 

I have created a template with a placeholder on the OneSpan website. When I use this template in a transaction, I am unable to change this placeholder to a normal recipient in the designer, and so I am unable to actually create and send the package. However, using the .NET SDK (presumably this works the same in all the SDKs) I am able to replace the placeholder just fine with "SignerBuilder.Replacing()", implying that this is a doable thing in some capacity.

This template re-sends an email invitation to review or sign a package after the initial invitation bounced.

how to use the above two email template. If I use email.notify, then I don't need to us email.notify.mobile? with email.notify, the signer can still sign a document in mobile device, right? When email.notify.mobile should be used?
