Looking for some guidance on how to obtain an API key for the onprem version of onespan. My question is, how do we generate and use the api key? In our lower environment we have a key that our app uses that is not referenced in the UI and it decodes into 2 keys xxx:xxx where the ui keys generated on the user page decode into username:xxx. We can’t seem to figure out how to create this other key. Any point in the right direction would be awesome. Thanks. checked on backoffice for the ui keys which i found on the user profiles checked on frontend for any keys, unable to locate
The Customer accepted the Disclosures and Consent and signed the Contract but left the Rider unsigned. Therefore I cannot sign the Contract because it violates the Signing Order. How can I get past this outside of asking the Customer to sign the Rider? Can I edit the Package and remove the Rider and still keep the Customer's signature on the Contract?
Hi ALL We would like to seek help on how we can change the text on the signing URL: • After a document is eSigned on the portal through a signing ceremony URL, there is a pop-up with “thank you for using the OneSpan”? This needs to be suppressed? Please, let us know if you happen to know how this message can be changed or suppressed. Thank you, Vemul
Hi, One of our client is reporting that the "ESL:MESSAGE:STARTED:SIGNER_COMPLETE" event is not showing in console with Mobile Signing Ceremony, under this scenario: - Have a signer and three documents, first document contains one signature, second is an accept-only document, third document is a review-only document. - When signer used an iPhone (iOS 12) and completed signing the first two documents, the default completion message displayed, but the event is not fired. Can you help us reproduce the issue and confirm whether there's an issue? Thanks!
