Hello, We are running an on-premise instance of your version 6.5 product. In your release notes you state the following:

The PDF Document Engine added an Incident Report setting that will cache request information for debugging purposes.

How do I enable this? I searched the documentation and the admin pages and couldn't find anything, but perhaps I am looking in the wrong place.

My email address is already set up as a sender with a sandbox that is shared with others. I want to create a separate sandbox where my email is the owner so that I can do some testing without affecting what others are working on. An email address is only to be associated with one sandbox. So my question is this, can we delete my account in the sandbox that it is currently tied to and so that I can create its own sandbox? I wanted to get an idea if this is possible before deleting my account as a sender from it's current sandbox, in case that is irreversible.

I see there is a RESTful API to update an existing document in a package. Is there a function call in .Net SDK to achieve the same thing? Or, do I need to call 'delete document' then call 'add document' if I want to use .Net SDK? Also, if there are multiple signers in a document and some signers already signed, will there be an error message when I try to update it? I'm assuming all signers will have to re-sign it since the content may be different.

We are running into an issue where we have a SSN field that we need the signer to fill out, and want validation on it. I have set the Format to the SSN setting in my PDF and it works as designed. However once we upload and send out that as a OneSpan document we are losing that functionality. Is there a way to retain this functionality, or another way to implement it?? Thanks, Jack

Is it possible to bypass the signing or accept portion of the signing ceremony and simply go to a "completed" state? We are looking for ways to securely send document(s) to a customer without them having to sign or accept the package, but simply provide them with a link to download the completed documents (stored in the OneSpan cloud).

I am successfully getting my callback, and am then returning a 200. However with every package I complete I am still getting an email saying that the callback failed. Any idea why this would be?
