We create a package where Primary and Secondary signers are both true

We set the expiry datetime for 1 hour when we create the package

We process the package, then send the uploaded documents to OneSpan to sign the documents.

Each signer receives an email and a reminder email to sign the documents.

What are the maximum and minimum lengths of the question and answer fields in the Q&A authentication method?

Is there another way of displaying the Signing Ceremony other than using a iframe?

I was running the Copy tool to copy two templates Michigan Treasury Power of Attorney and Michigan Treasury Power of Attorney with Spouse and I keep getting this error. I tried copying All templates and 37 of 41 did copy over successfully.

Is there any way to remove "Click to Sign" and "Click to Initial" text from the signature and initials tag in a word doc.

We have reduced the size of the tag by using "Size" parameter but the "Click to Initial" to "Click to Sign" overlaps to next column in the table and hides the text in the column

On our main object, we have a quick action that fires a lightning component which on init queries for the necessary data & attachment, parses the url and then, fires an event to navigate to the url.

Recently when any user (System admin or custom profile user) clicks on the button and is redirect, the user will be sent to an remote authentication page where they must re-log to continue. This occurs twice before finally arriving at the auto prepared transaction record.

Hello, I am implementing signature for an iOs application, I am showing with WKWebView.

but I don't know how to hide or close this WKWebView when the user has finished signing. used WKWebView delegates, but when you go from the signature view to the "Thank you" view, not  call none this delegates 

How can I know when the user has signed and can close the webView.?

Why is my confirm button disabled, after I accept the signature the confirm button won't let me click.

Hi Team,

Our applicaiton uses the esign iframe to load the signing package and to capture the signature within our site.

We are seeing the below error in Safari browsers whenever the application tries to load the esign iframe. Can you please take a look at the error attached.

We would like to set-up a proxy domain to resolve this. Can you please share the steps to implement this?
