Hello, So in our flow the following happens. Customer signs admin reviews the signature and assigns a sales rep to counter sign the document. How can I update the signer after the customer has signed? Thanks

Hi, Is there a way during the signing ceremony to automatically scroll to the next signature once one has been signed? Docusign has this feature so I thought esign might as well.

I would like to only display the document to be signed inside the iframe rendered on my side. How can I achive that? I have tried modifying ceremony settings but still I get a lot more elements. Thanks

With one signer and one signature field after the signer signs the iFrame goes white for a short period or time before going to a page that says the package is complete and giving a link to download it. Is there a way to not show this page. So that after the signer has signed everything is finished without any additional pages being displayed? Thanks, Jimmy

Hi is there an event notification(https://docs.esignlive.com/content/c_integrator_s_guide/event_notifier/event_notifier.htm) for when the signer's session expires in an iFrame? If not do you know of a way for the parent to tell that the session has expired? Thanks, Jimmy

Hi, Is there some way that the in-person signing can take place if there is no connection available? Some of our sales people have encountered that in some areas they are trying to do a signing the connection is too slow/unstable or not able to connect at all. They would be connecting using the hotspot on their phone. They asked if there was some sort of option that it could be captured while offline and be sent to esign live when a connection is made. Any information on what to do in these situations is appreciated.

Hello, I'm looking into bulk signing. so .e.x. Our Sales Department got 20 packages that were signed from customers. They would like to sign all of them at once. Is that possible? Thanks

Hello, Our Sales Department needs to be able to add contracts without any development interactions. We will have a pre set roles e.x sales, customer. We would like to be able to let sales user be able to upload a pdf and select where each role needs to sign (on our site), the exact sales user and customer will be determined later. This will be a template. How can that be achieved? Thanks

Hello, We are running into an issue where our signed PDF files are not being displayed correctly in Chrome and sometimes Firefox as well. Everything is normal with the PDF documents until we sign and download them through eSignLive. Please note that we’re currently using the Sandbox environment and we’re worried that the issue persists when we go live. Is there a workaround that we can use to make this right? Attached you can find screenshots of the same document before and after it’s signed.
