I have tried several times and waited for up to an hour - however signers are not getting notification email... I am able to get the SMS passcode but no email with link to sign... is the environment working?

One of our users wants to whitelist the top level domains used in the signing ceremony. Is there a list available of the those top level domains? Based on our network tracing, I've found:

I noticed that there are 2 back office setting for in person signing, our requirement is hiding the package owner when signing. we tested and "hidepackageOwnerInPerson" is the one to apply to 'true, and I'd like to know what's the "hideOwnerInPersondDropdown" for? From the UI perspective, it feels like "opting out", and "declining" are the same thing. Can you please explain what is occurring behind the scenes in the application that makes these buttons different? Otherwise, we are inclined to disable one of the buttons. Thanks
