Valid sender requires both a first name and a last name, but what about when the sender is a company or only has one name. There is no ability to leave one blank. |
It seems that there is no event notification for when an email is blocked. Say an email is used multiple times for a signer and that email bounces. |

Do you know if there is a code snippet to add an "ACTIVE" Sender so I can automate the process in the future?

Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at 01:31pmThank you for the reply, I have attempted to use SigningStatus pkgStatus = eslClient.GetSigningStatus(packageId, null, null); and got the same results. I may end up using it to reduce bandwidth when polling at the very least.
I will submit a ticket with support so they can take a closer look as it seems that another account that we have does not have this issue.
As for the tip, yes we are using callbacks 99% of the time, but we need something to poll statuses just in the event that callbacks fail to reach us.

Yes, our sender is receiving the email blacklisted notification. We have just had users express concerns if that someone else could attempt to use a blacklisted email a second time and would be not be aware that their "Sent" transaction was never actually sent at all.
Also in a system to system integration, The "sender" is often a shared sender, so the specific user may not see the email notification.
Do you know if there a status on a transaction or on a signer that could be queried to see if a transaction was not actually "Sent"?
