Installation Prerequisites

The following must be installed on the server where OneSpan Sign for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 will be deployed:

  • Database — One of the following:
    • Microsoft SQL Server 2012 (64-bit)
    • Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 (64-bit)
  • Application Software
    • Version 6.1.0.581 of Dynamics CRM Server 2013, with Service Pack 1 (SP1) or above
  • Operating System — One of the following:
    • Windows Server 2012 Datacenter or Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter
    • Windows Server 2012 Standard or Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard
    • Windows Server 2008 Standard SP2 (64-bit) or Windows Server 2008 Standard R2 SP1
    • Windows Server 2008 Enterprise SP2 (64-bit) or Windows Server 2008 Enterprise R2 SP1
    • Windows Server 2008 Datacenter SP2 (64-bit) or Windows Server 2008 Datacenter R2 SP1

The user must also have:

  • Administrator rights to OneSpan Sign for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • A Sandbox or Production OneSpan Sign account and an API Key. For testing purposes, a Sandbox account is recommended.

Installing SQL

Prerequisites

  • You must have Administrator privileges on the relevant SQL database.

Action

To install SQL:

  1. Create a database on the SQL server named esignlive.
  2. In SQL server, open the SQL script named ESL.CRM.DB.SQL.
  3. Execute the script against the new database.

Software Requirements

You need one of the following third-party applications:

  • OneSpan Sign for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 On-Premises (updated to 8.1.0359 or higher)
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Update (8.2) online

Additional Requirements

The person performing the deployment must have:

  • Deployment Administrator rights for OneSpan Sign for Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • A Sandbox or Production account for version 11 of OneSpan Sign, and an associated API Key

For SharePoint Integration (on-premises only):

  • SharePoint and Dynamics CRM should be on the same domain and network.
  • Dynamics CRM users must have at least READ and WRITE permissions on all relevant SharePoint sites.
