I'm creating a template and it appears I have to set the recipient as placeholder and when the users use this template they have to change it from placeholder to recipient? Is there a way I can create a template that has the recipient section not prefilled?

In the package.settings, I set “brandingBar" : null,”, but somehow the logo is still showing when signer start to signing? what cause the issue?
and also if I put the following, the signer logo is showup(which I expected),but I don't know what's 'branding' refer to (if I have some logo files in the resource, which one it's pointing to)?

We are creating new Onespan Sign accounts, and need to transfer senders from older accounts to the new ones. Since there are over 1,000 senders to transfer between accounts, is there a way to do it in bulk ?
Also, Once transfered, how will sender login work ? Will it be organic by using their current credentials, or will they have to create a new account ?
Finally, is there a way to preserve history ? Some senders might have opened transactions. Can transactions be transfered as well ? Can completed transactions stay in their "new" dashboard ?
Does anyone know why the user would receive this error when they confirm?

There seems to be missing entries to that list as the dropdown box inside the ui when creating a pacakge is different then the list on that page. Do you guys have an updated list that I can use to help pass the proper values?

I am trying to implement a document with some fields that forces each character to occupie a specific space. The only way I was able to do it right now was creating multiple 1 character textbox for each space but its far from Ideal.
Is there a way to change the font family used in the field when taking the information and printing it on the pdf?

Hi,
When I receive an email informing me that a signer has declined or opted out, it includes the link to the transaction. When I follow that link, if I was already logged in to the system, everything works perfectly and I see the package in my draft folder. However, if I was not already logged in, it brings me to the login screen so I can enter my credentials. After signing in, instead of bringing me to the proper package, it gives an error message.(attached screenshot)

Can a customer pay for a customized report? We want to change the current account owner weekly report to only show "False" AND to display ALL the "false" transaction not just in the past week.
If this is possible who can provide me with a cost / timeline to create such a report.
