When I send a document for completion and signature, they are seeing the colorful blue box directing them to sign the document but are overlooking the text boxes that also need to be completed in the same document.  Is there a check and balance that prevents signature if the text boxes are not filled?

Also, the text boxes are so large, the signer cannot see what they are supposed to put in the box?  How can this be resolved?  I've attached a screenshot of this.

Hello, if two signers are required in a group, can it be configured?
Even if you have the same email in the group, perhaps just changing the name of the person signing in the group?

Hello is it possible to duplicate a template, and then make a slightly different version of it, rather than having to start from scratch to create a second form which only has very minor differences in the options for the drop-downs etc.?

We currently already have an integration with OneSpan eSign where we have implemented the designer iframe into our website.

We require a feature where we can draw lines into the document, in order to "cross out" clauses that already exist in the uploaded PDFs. 

Is this a feature that can be turned on?

My transactions usually have the same signer for the first and third signer. I give the signer the sending URL and they enter their own name and email address for the first and third signer, and they enter the second signer's name and email address as well.

I'm editing and old template in OSS Web.

Where can I set document properties when I add a new document to an existent template. When I select 3 dots next to document name only  "preview" ,"rename" ,"delete" ,"move up" and/or "move down" are available. 

I need to set some document mandatory and others optional. This settings were available in the on-premise version among other options

Hello when I try to sign a document at onespan web with a uanataca TOKEN usb (bit4id token) this error appear:

The document cannot be signed because there is an issue with the OSS Personal Certificate Client. Please reinstall the OSS Personal Certificate Client and try again. [Error code 17]
Certificate issuer is not trusted.

Can you help me please?

Hi,

I downloaded copy tool v1.6.2, and when I use "With API KEY" for both source and target, I got 401 error see attachment, but if I use "With credentials" and it's working fine. any idea why it's failed with API key?
