Where is the setting to allow external signers to have the same name and email? I cannot find it on the Account Configuration page.

When signer receive the email to sign the document and after clicking the link document is opening.

is there any way signer can adjust signature box to move to correct position.

Document is sent by API after creating package and document sent for signature can be different each time.

If we enable the Decline button on the Consent document and a signer selects that when receiving a new package will we be able to send them another package in the future? Basically, does the system recognize the email as Declining and if so, is there a way to change that if they did it by mistake?

Is there a way to create a template through the api or embedded js in a iframe? I ask because we'd like to embed onespan into our system but each client/department would have their own templates (create/edit/view)

I wondering if there is a feature in OneSpan signing which allows for Signer to add document to the transaction.

Please advice.

I'm aware that OneSpan saves past signer's details so that it is easier to populate them in drop down when I create the transaction for the same signers. Is there a way to clear that data from the drop down if the signer is no longer with the organization?

Hello, 

Our organization was recently setup with a Sandbox and Production account, and 3 Admin accounts in each environment. 

We requested this setup as we were under the impression that this would enable us to have 3 Administrators, but did not realize this would create 3 distinct accounts. This has caused confusion, and we are now considering scaling back to only 1 Admin account. But we are wondering if these 2 Admins will lose access to functionality that we would like them to have.

We are working with automations with OS.... and how to handle some scenarios where we need to define where to place the “signature” using a fixed position .

Usually,  we have several templates with different positions for the signers…

But is we want to have the freedom to get the position according to another definition , it gets tricky

So,

I have a document that I have applied a layout which includes a text box to enter a dollar amount. Is there a way to only allow a numeric response, no alpha characters? Or instead of saying 'Text Field' make it say 'Enter dollar amount'.  It's government form so I can't really alter it in any way.

Use Case: Client has Vertical Enterprise App that they can customize output.  We have trained them on text tags and they are very excited for dynamic signing blocks, etc.

Since the App knows about the individuals which are signing, is there any means to use Text Tags to indicate the number of signers (e.g. "This session has two people, Person A and Person B, add them as signers and jump right to OSS in-person signing). 

As opposed to adding Person A and Person B manually via the interface, along with email.
