Use case: we have situation where the client is ALWAYS going to be doing in-house, in-person signings.

Documents are produced from their Enterprise App with embedded text tags, and sent to OSS via the print driver.

Is there any means to ensure that the sessions which are started default to in-person signing?

I know we could train them, but I just don't like leaving it up to the users.

I'm new to OneSpan Sign ... just switched over from DocuSign.  Trying to send a large pdf but I am unable to download it without the ERROR:  Cannot process document. Please make sure your document does not contain any embedded files.

DocuSign has no issues with this file.

How do I correct this?

Thanks,
Herb...

Recently we noticed the signatures on our documents no longer include the watermark and printed name. One example package is wGpuybDPEhS1c21qL4F_uCSi0WI=

The only change I can think of we made recently was to turn off the ability to decline option - could this have caused this visual change?

DocumentPackageSettings dps  = DocumentPackageSettingsBuilder.newDocumentPackageSettings().withoutDecline().build();

Hi Team,

I was thinking to implement a dynamic authentication to One Span sign server from Guidewire. Currently how it works is we use the API KEY of the owner account and only that owner can review the package. But our requirement is that authentication needs to be dynamic, like according to the user we are logged in we should be able to authenticate based on that user (multiple owners and their respective api keys). Can this be done please let us know.

Hi,

This issue seems to have started sometime in the last 24 hours, but I can no longer attach .docx or .doc files to transactions within the sandbox environment.

If I attempt to upload via the UI I get the following error after about 30 seconds:

"ERROR

The document failed to upload and may be locked. Please check the document and try again."

If I attempt to upload via the rest API I get the following in the response:
