Looking for the procedure to modify the outgoing email to signers. Would like to customize that email with the clients information. I do notice you can modify the logo and colors. However not the message.

I am hoping someone can point me in the correct direction. We have a client that would like to use Onespan for document signing from a Laserfiche forms process. I am unable to get it installed and working in my development environment. I have read and worked through the instructions, but my Onespan integration does not function correctly. The Laserfiche installation works correctly.
• In the workflow administration, I see the web service and may test the url successfully.
After following the installation steps with no issues showing in the shell script execution log, I have the following show in the Laserfiche web client: See Screenshot
The OneSpan option does show up, but it is disabled. Please let me know what I should do to correct this.
When signing a document via OneSpan that was sent out via Laserfiche Workflow, the only option is the screen below where you manually draw your signature. I have been told that with standard OneSpan you also have the option to fill in the signer's name via clicking, or perhaps typing in the name, or some other method that is more convenient than manually signing. Is there any way to do this with the Laserfiche integration? We have one person who has to sign many documents and having to draw out the signature every time is very tedious for them.
I am using the LF Workflow extension to request signatures on documents. When the workflow successfully downloads the documents and stores them in the LF repository I am sending a follow-up email to the users in the original Forms process with a link to the stored document.
I am migrating servers for Laserfiche and OneSpan. Laserfiche 11 is successfully migrated, LF Server, Web Client, Workflow, etc.
I have downloaded the latest OneSpan connector for Laserfiche. I have run the installer for WebClient, Workflow, and Notification Service. When configuring OneSpan in Web Client, (login as admin, click more actions, select OneSpan) I am unable to get a dropdown task for Create or Update configuration for OneSpan.
Are there procedures to migrate the OneSpan configuration?

I was able to install the connector on My Salesforce Dev-Org the app is showing when I go to the Admin page to connect to my OneSpan Sign sandbox I select the right environnement US2 sandbox (sandbox.esignlive.com) when I his connect a new window pops up to connect and I have the following error message :
error=invalid_client_id&error_description=client%20identifier%20invalid
this happens both when I try with my credentials & API key
I was wondering if You guys would be able to help
We were able to get Onespan option into Laserfiche but there was a problem in creating a new connection profile.

I have successfully built a Laserfiche Workflow that sends out a document for signature from one signer and retrieves the signed copy as a new version.
I am trying to do the same thing with two signers and am getting an error despite following the documentation. My sample document is below (and included as an attachment.) This syntax worked for one signer.
We have attempted to install the OneSpan integration with Laserfiche Cloud, but when we get the following error when we triy to test:
"Could not load file or assembly 'EslConnector.LFCloud, Version=11.0.0.4, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. Operation is not supported. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131515)"
Can you assist?
