Connectors

We have a Broker Management System called EPIC which is provided to us by Applied Systems and wonder if you have other clients using this where OneSpan is integrated with EPIC.

We have everything working great with Laserfiche Forms, where after the signatures are completed, OneSpan knows to assign a certain metadata field to the specified document to indicate to the corresponding workflow that processing can continue. We have no issues on that end. However, when I try to use the integration with a document instead of through Forms, this is what happens. See screenshot below for some visual assistance:

When attempting to send a document from the Web Client using the integration to OneSpan Sign, it is not attaching the document after the Consent and Disclosure document. 

You can see in the 2.png document attached that Sample 1 (a .tif) is being included in the signing request. When you move to the next screen, in attached 1_1.png, the document does not appear so that you can signing fields and select "Send to Sign" to send out the request.  If you try, you receive an error that you have to add signing fields before you can send the request.

I am receiving the attached error message when trying to send a document from the Laserfiche Repository using the Web Client integration for v10.4.3 to OneSpan Sign.

I have downloaded the connector located at https://www.onespan.com/integrations/laserfiche but it is looking in the registry for v11.0

Is there a download location for an older version of the connector that would work for Laserfiche 10.4?

I'm currently using the Dynamics connector for Onespan Sign to successfully send transactions from the CRM system. However, once the transactions is completed the dynamics record doesn't update and the signed documents are not viewable in dynamics. I was getting a callback error email.

I am needing the SQL Sripts that are referenced in the Database install. I can not seem to locate the ESL.SP. DB.SQL. Scripts, as I need to give detailed instructions to our DBA TEAM.

Does anyone know where the Scripts are located at, or do they have them available for me to get a copy of them?

Hi OneSpan Sign,

I want to use templates and bulk send. I want to associate a transaction reference number and client reference number, but I do not want in of the eSIgn document. Is there a way to adding hidden fields into a document or package so I have these reference number in the evidence but not show up in the eSigned document.

I'm having some trouble logging in on the Sharepoint Online App.

I'm following this steps. 

The step I'm having trouble with is the logging in part. 

I have 2 accounts in OneSpan. One in this current website and one sandbox account which I log in from https://sandbox.esignlive.com/login with my e-mail and password.
