I have a customer that wants  to copy the templates or  Layouts from their FedRAMP Sandbox subaccount to a different Sender in a different subaccount in FedRAMP production

I tried from a Sandbox Owner account to Sandbox subaccount Admin and got this error

Hi,

from the screenshot I attached, there are total 14 packages in the inbox, but I only see 1 package in the inbox

could you explain where are other 13 packages ?

Hi,

I have the question regarding layout after transferring ownership

Example:

sender UI account "A" as the owner, sender UI account "B" as the sender under "A"

1) "A" creates the layouts and make those layouts as shared

After transferring the ownership: now B is the owner, and A is the sender under B:

both A and B can't see any layouts created/shared before anymore, is it expected?

2) "A" has 3 packages in the inbox, and "B" has 2 packages in its inbox

Hi, I would like to know if there is a way to set an external reviewer (different from the user that creates the transaction) who would check if it is correct a mandatory attachment for a signer. This reviewer would also need to receive the documents after all the signatures are completed. Is this possible?

When a new user is provisioned, the user status is set to PENDING.  When using SSO, the user status never changes to ENABLED because they do not get the activation email.  How do we get the status to ENABLED so that we have the ability to DISABLE the user, if needed?

We are using the API key, for our production account.  How can you have multiple branding options when it comes to using the API key?  I am not sure I am asking this very well, so let me know if there are other things I can mention.

I am fairly new to OneSpan sign API. I'm using Java SDK. Two questions:

I've noticed that when I tab through fields, a certain field is skipped. If I keep on tabbing, I eventually reach the skipped field. Is there a way to programmatically set the order of the fields so that tabbing follows that order?

I've been asked if I can add a hover effect to a validated field so that when a user hovers over it, they see the required format for the field before they fill the field out. Is this possible?
