When I create package via SDK, I got between errors:

from the documentation, there are 3 pre-defined roles: admin, manager and sender. Another concept is about 'owner' as user type? what's the difference between 'owner' vs roles? and can anyone be 'Owner'?

From sender UI, when user click the download button, it will download all the signed document as zip file, is it possible to include evidence summary for each package when clicking ‘ download’ button?
also I noticed that 'evidence summary' button only enabled in Owner account, not sender account, is it true?if so, how the sender account to download the evidence summary?

Whenever we download completed signature documents from the platform and open them in external PDF viewers such as Adobe Acrobat, the signature fields say there is an issue and that the certificates are not trusted.
Why is this happening and how can it be corrected?
In the documentation for Document Extraction, it explains that a Textfield or Checkbox must be completed before a Signer can sign a package:
Before signing, Agent1 must complete two fields:

[Agent1.Fullname1.Textfield1]

[Agent1.Fullname1.Checkbox1]
Once those fields are complete, Agent1 can sign [Agent1.Fullname1], and [Agent1.Fullname1.label1.Date] will automatically be filled with the date of signing.
