Software Organization

The OneSpan Sign menu inside OneSpan Sign Embedded Integration for CRM 2016 is organized somewhat differently from earlier versions of the product. In particular, it has the following sections:

  • OneSpan Sign PackagesClosed Also known as a transaction. An e-signature process within OneSpan Sign.: Enables viewing, creating, modifying and deleting OneSpan Sign packages. Clicking this item opens the All Packages page, which lists all packages that have been created in OneSpan Sign Embedded Integration for CRM. This section is available to Administrators, OneSpan Sign Package Creators, and OneSpan Sign Template Creators.
  • OneSpan Sign Templates: Enables viewing, creating, modifying and deleting OneSpan Sign templates. Clicking this item opens the All OneSpan Sign Templates page, which lists all templates that have been created in OneSpan Sign Embedded Integration for CRM. This section is available to Administrators and OneSpan Sign Template Creators.
  • OneSpan Sign Account: Enables viewing, creating, modifying and deleting OneSpan Sign Accounts. This section is available only to Administrators.
  • OneSpan Sign Language: Enables viewing and modifying the language that OneSpan Sign will use. This section is available only to Administrators.
  • OneSpan Sign Plugin Commands: Displays all active OneSpan Sign Commands that can be executed in OneSpan Sign Embedded Integration for CRM. This section is available only to Administrators.
  • OneSpan Sign Conventions: Displays all the OneSpan Sign Conventions available in OneSpan Sign Embedded Integration for CRM. This section is available to Administrators and OneSpan Sign Template Creators.
  • OneSpan Sign Notifications: Displays all notifications about changes in the status of OneSpan Sign packages. This data can help with troubleshooting. This section is available only to Administrators.
