Hi, We have the requirement to display the user whose email has bounced. We have used EMAIL_BOUNCE event, but that event is not having all the information it feels. Please propose a possible way to get the data during EMAIL_BOUNCE.   Thanks,  Sumanta

Hi , I have callback listener setup and configured to trigger when there is "PACKAGE COMPLETE" , "PACKAGE DECLINE" and "EMAIL BOUNCE" events. While it works fine with the "PACKAGE COMPLETE" and "PACKAGE DECLINE" events, I am not able to get a response for "EMAIL BOUNCE".

Hi,   In the email JSON, I saw there is something as below, does it mean when recipient mail got reject, it will let the package owner know?   "bounce-to" : "$PACKAGE_OWNER_EMAIL;"

Hi, we are testing the email bounced function and found that sometimes OneSpan does not send a callback for the "fake" email we use.  For example,  [email protected] - Callback Worked on this email

I need to get the details for eSign email bounce, I am pretty new using the .NET SDK, coudl you provide a snippet or pointing me to the right direction? I downloaded the OneSpanSign.Sdk.Samples project, can I use one of the samples for this?

Hi, I am not getting email bounce notification for wrong email signer in request. This is my post to silanis, please let me know is there anything missing in request. I have checked the email bounce check box in call back events.
Email failed to deliver, but received OneSpan event as EMAIL_BOUNCE with message as "OOTO" instead of "BOUNCED""

Hi Team, Email failed to deliver to the Customer, but received EMAIL_BOUNCE event with message OOTO, which is incorrect in this case, it should send message as "BOUNCED" right? FYI,  Email messages after delivery fail  
Dealing with Missed bounce events through API

I saw an earlier post indicating that Bounce events are not accessible through the API. Can this be confirmed? If so, is there a suggested way to deal with this through code in the scenario that the listening service is offline at the time of the event? Thanks in advance. -Keith
Email bounce, PIN lockout status availabe for each Signer

Based on past investigation and a recent onespan posting it appears callbacks remain the only way to get email bounce back, and pin lockout notification. This information would be beneficial via the APIs. If reluctant to have it be in the signer status... as signature pending is considered valid...
