I'm working on the use case below and was wondering if you could help ! 

Use Case: We have an existing template with some documents and fields on it and we want to retrieve those fields to bind some values on them. 

My question : Are we able to call the API in order to retrieve fields that are on a template (and not a package) ?

I am trying to create a transaction using a template and when I put myself as one of the signers, the tool displays a message saying that the signature settings for the signer will be removed (see the attached image). 

Why does it work this way? I would like to be able to add myself as a signer keeping the configurations of the signature fields that the template brings.
