Valid sender requires both a first name and a last name, but what about when the sender is a company or only has one name. There is no ability to leave one blank.

In the OneSpan UI, first name and last name are both required fields.

If I try to leave one blank when overwriting sender name, the .net sdk returns an error.

My use case is that we are using a "company" sender and displaying the sender name on outgoing emails.

such as,

Hi John Doe,

"The Company" request your signature.

Is there a way to achieve this use case?

Hi Team,

We are consuming onepansign RET API to create transactions. Can you please provide answers for below questions?

1. "RequestDescription" parameter from JSON request is not getting used anywhere in the recipients email.

2. Please let us know which parameters we can set to display below items from recipient email:

a. Email Subject

b. Email Body

Hi,

I have a sender account, when I login, I can change my language in the right upper 'language' dropdown list, once I changed, is this new language saved to my sender profile? if so, where is the sender profile? can backoffice admin set it as well? if so, could you please show me how to set it?

thanks,

Cindy

Hi,

I have a scenario where I would like to create a group of 2+ signers and require 2 of the members of the group to sign in multiple locations.  From reading the documentation with the APIs and looking at the UI I don't think this is possible but wanted to check if anyone has come across this before:

My scenario

1.  Add individual signer as signer one

2.  Add a group (2+ members) as signer 2 and 3

2a.  I want 2 of the group members to sign.  I do not want one group member to sign twice
