Good morning,

I am an insurance administrator and attempting to use the Bulk Download Transactions tool that was provided to me by OneSpan Support. We have over 500 new employees that are required to sign their benefits enrolment form and beneficiary information. I know the form can be sent out from OneSpan using the Upload Bulk Recipient File feature. I need assistance in how to utilize the tool to download all returned signed forms at once, instead of saving each one individually. Is someone able to please assist?
