POLICIES – Offline Authentication (tab)

This function is only available if Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon is enabled on your system.

The POLICIES > Offline Authentication tab is used to manage offline authentication settings of the policy.

Offline Authentication Enabled

Controls whether or not to enable offline authentication.

  • Default. Use the setting of the parent policy.
  • No. Disables this option.
  • Yes. Enables this option.

To have offline authentication data (OAD) created for Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon, you also need to set Back-End Authentication to Always.
Offline Time Window (days)

The number of days that offline authentication data (OAD) is valid, if the OAD is time-based.

Possible values: 1–99
Offline Event Window

The number of times that offline authentication data can be used before it expires.

Possible values: 1–2999
