Email addresses should be different for each signers. If you have used the same email address of both the signers, please use different email address for each signer. Hopefully that will resolve your issue.

Please make sure the Laserfiche user (which you are logged in with) is a part of the group named "OSS_Admin".
For more details, please look into the installation guide, page 4.

It looks like the integration can not connect to the database for the integration.
Please look in to the windows event viewer for more details. The logs will be under "Windows logs -> Application" and the source of the logs are "OneSpanSign"

Yes, you can configure the way you want to sign.
Here is an example how to create a signature with click to sign option -

Hi Hilary Britton,
Please make sure that you have followed this instructions from the installation guide -
Add OSS dlls to Remote Agent
o Copy all the files found from “Installation files\Remote Agent Source” to “C:\Program
Files\Laserfiche\ProcessAutomationWorkerAgent\LFPALocalAgent”
Please make sure you have "EslConnector.LFCloud.dll" in this directory - “C:\Program
Files\Laserfiche\ProcessAutomationWorkerAgent\LFPALocalAgent”
If you have the above step done and still have the issue, then please send an email to [email protected]. We will send you couple of dll files which might be missing in your environment.
